Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Customer must provide return shipping costs.

Cancellations are allowed until the item is fulfilled.

Buyer is responsible for address accuracy.

• Customers have 14 days from delivery of the last item to notify that they want to withdraw.
• Customers must send the goods back within 14 days of giving notice.
• Refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of shipment.
• Standard delivery cost will be refunded, but customers are responsible for return shipping.
• Custom/personalized items are exempt from the right of withdrawal.
